Our Team
The people behind Hopeshore
Leadership, therapists, educators and families working together for every child’s growth.
Founder & Managing Director
Najmul Hussain Melath
A father who designed a system of care for children with disabilities, and built it into a model other communities can follow.
In 2017, Najmul turned his search for support for his daughter into Hopeshore Multidisciplinary School for Special Needs. He began by surveying the community, then grew Hopeshore into a complete circle of care: therapy, special education, counselling, family empowerment and inclusion.
Shaped by his lived experience and his study of disability support systems in the United States, he continues to lead Hopeshore’s programmes, its community work and its inclusive tourism initiatives.
